COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus) – Oklahoma

April 13th – Just an update…we will continue to follow all of the local, State and National informational guidelines and we will continue to remain closed until this “pandemic” is lifted so we can re-open. Please keep in mind we should work on the “Viruses timeline and not the Health Experts”. Scientist are working hard on understanding Covid-19, and collaboration is key to this effort. But until a vaccine or treatment is available, we ought to work hard to protect ourselves and our families: isolate and prevent transmission by using physical distancing, face mask and sensible hygiene. If we do our part, this little virus holding the world to ransom won’t stand a chance. Please…also clean your shoes and DO NOT wear them in your house, DO NOT take them of with your bare hands!

Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by a new virus. The disease causes respiratory illness (like the flu) with symptoms such as a cough, fever, and in more severe cases, difficulty breathing. You can protect yourself by washing your hands frequently, avoiding touching your face, and avoiding close contact (1 meter or 3 feet) with people who are unwell. HOW IT SPREADS Coronavirus disease spreads primarily through contact with an infected person when they cough or sneeze. It also spreads when a person touches a surface or object that has the virus on it, then touches their eyes, nose, or mouth.

Here at McConnell Farms Range, LLC; We always follow ALL Safety Guidelines for Range and Personal Safety, but have never thought that we would have to deal with a “Pandemic”, but we are and have now had to. So ALL local, State and National guidelines that have been set forth that pertain to this Virus Outbreak we are going to heed. As a result, all operations here at our Firing Range have been “temporarily suspended” and when the “all clear” has been given and this social distancing “physical distancing” can be lifted. We can get back to a “NEAR NORMAL LIFE”, we will reopen.

In the meantime, share your love, share your emotions, remember your family, remember your friends, remember the elderly. Remember to Pray!

And To all of the Doctors, Nurses, First Responders – Paramedics, Emergency Medical Technicians, Law Enforcement, Fire Services, Rescuers, Fire -Police -911 dispatchers and our Military Men and Women. And to all of the folks who are going to work every day to keep the economy going and to keep the factories and other essentials operating each day.

Thank You All and God Bless Each of You! Please Stay Safe!

Tactical Range

The “Tactical Range” is a 6-lane 50 yard anything you want range. We have barrels, stand-up barricades, V-tac style barricades, steel and paper targets. The range goes from flat prone position to running uneven then across a dry creek bed to the end lane position. Its a great set up for Law Enforcement “on the move” training, or anyone that just wants to see if they can do it. I have several scenarios to run if you are willing to give it a “shot”.

Rifle Range

The Rifle Range is 200 yards in length and can use steel and paper targets. The range has 25 yard markers in the ground for target placement great for sighting in rifles. The range also has a permanently mounted shooting bench with ambidextrous seating, there is also plenty of parking area for vehicles at the shooting end.
